About
Nicole Fally drew Hammersmith One in a very low contrast style that follows the Johnston lettering tradition of the UK. It keeps the quirks of naive, handmade brush lettering, including wider than usual e and s letters and dark joins between strokes that type normally corrects. Sorkin Type Co is the foundry.
