Daniel Johnson designed Judson for African literacy. It includes as many glyphs and precomposed letter combinations as Johnson knew of for African languages written in Latin-derived alphabets, and OpenType tables place diacritics, including stacked ones. Even the italic keeps its characters easy to tell apart.
